"what if something as simple
and necessary as breathing
was able to bring good to the people?
the world is in no state of peace right now.
no one can deny that.
it needs help, and fast.
this small sheet of paper is not going to change the world;
not right now at least.
it's not a lot to ask,
what is about to be asked of you.
it's not going to make you change your life,
your family routine,
or even conflict with your saturday-night line up.
what is about to be asked of you is something simple,
but necessary,
something much like breathing.
as you are existing on this planet,
living,
loving,
breathing,
your actions with others impact the greater population
more than you might have imagined.
no matter who you are,
how old you are,
what your background is,
what religion,
political party of culture you support,
you are existing on this earth just as all the rest of us are.
the actions or words that you choose to put out for others to recieve
or reject are put out there nonetheless.
this concept brings me to the ultimate question that is being asked of you.
today,
tomorrow,
the next day,
throughout the rest of your life,
what will you choose to add or subtract from our world?
will you give a compliment,
share a smile,
hold the door for an elderly person,
pick up some trash,
lend an understanding ear,
or will you just let it all roll on by,
just letting it all get worse,
as you dwell in a world that needs your help.
please consider this as you continue living your life;
consider to BREATHE PEACE,
rather than to just breathe."
